Immersive digital experiences – building interactive experiences is a visible trend. We believe creative content that is appealing and relevant is the key to spark and maintain audience engagement long-term.
Transparent OLEDs are impressive and thin – OLEDs still have a way to go from “bleeding edge” to commercial applications due to longevity considerations. We see the potential and can’t wait!
LEDs are an increasingly viable indoor display solution – our Technical Director Stéphane Bastien reports “small pitch LEDs are quickly becoming an option for indoor solutions”.
Glasses-free 3D – this year saw new glasses-free 3D displays. Interestingly, we found they do not cause visual discomfort – a real improvement from previous years.
A growing presence of educated end users – for a tradeshow designed to showcase new hardware, DSE is evolving into an event for all players in the DS industry – from software providers, content integrators, to clients.
